Therapy for Overthinkers and Rule-Breakers

…and anyone ready to question the stories they were given.

Life is complex and often overwhelming.
You’re juggling your body, your relationships, your home, your career, your thoughts...and the state of the world, too.

It’s a lot.

You're not broken.
You may just be stuck in a pattern…
that needs a better question.

Ways to Work Together.

Come as you are. Confused, curious, over it, or ready to shake things up.

This is a space for honest exploration, creative disruption, and perspective shifts. We’ll unpack the stories and holding patterns you’ve been in. We’ll ask better questions about what’s blocking the next level of life.

And we’ll begin building something more aligned with your inherent desire.

FAMILY COUNSELING

Let’s talk about the stuff you don’t usually talk about.

Whether you're navigating generational patterns, household shifts, or just trying to communicate without screaming into a void…this is a space for families (chosen or biological) to find new ways forward.

It’s not about pointing fingers.
It’s about owning accountability to upgrade the whole system.

Session length: 60–75 minutes
Cost: $150
Available in-person and online

THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF...

  • You’ve outgrown the surface-level stuff and want something deeper.

  • You’re self-aware and constantly thinking, looping, analyzing... but still not feeling better.

  • You’ve tried traditional therapy and left wanting more challenge or creativity.

  • You’re tired of “fixing” yourself and want to explore what’s actually yours vs. what you inherited.

  • You’ve been living by rules or roles that don’t quite fit anymore.

  • You crave honest conversation, unexpected insight, and a little bit of weird.

Flexible Perspectives Counseling is founded on the idea that transformation starts with perspective.

We don’t fix…we reframe.

This is therapy that challenges assumptions, invites new ways of considering, and meets complexity with curiosity.

Wondering what it’s actually like in the room?

Here’s what you can expect…

Sessions are collaborative, curious, and often nonlinear.
We might explore a metaphor, pause for nervous system regulation, or unpack something with hilarity and honesty.

Sometimes it's playful.
Sometimes it’s raw.
Often, it’s both.

You won’t get a script…you’ll get the space and challenge to write your own.

About Becca

I love people. Always have.

I’m endlessly fascinated by our contradictions, stories, quirks, and the strange beauty of being human. I’m especially drawn to the ones who question everything: The overthinkers, rule-breakers, and anyone ready to dismantle the narratives they were handed.

At Flexible Perspectives Counseling, I create space for deep curiosity, bold honesty, and unexpected insight. Sessions are intuitive, creative, and sometimes a little outrageous. We’ll use metaphor, humor, and straight-up truth to shift how you see yourself…and what’s possible.

I bring 20 years of yogic study (and 7 years as a studio owner) into this work. Not to stretch your body, but to stretch your perspective. Yoga taught me to poke holes in my own beliefs, to sit with discomfort, and make space for the mess of it all.

That foundation shapes how I work:

  • Supporting nervous system regulation

  • Disrupting the stories that keep you stuck

  • Cultivating a flexible, imaginative inner life

I'm whimsical, AND also fiercely practical.

I won’t BS you. But I will sit beside you…with a deep respect for your complexity.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to wonder.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance from Colorado College (2002), and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Services with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2024). My academic path has always centered around what it means to be human…in body, story, and psyche.
