Why I’d Put a Suggestive Fruit Painting in My Office

And what it has to do with your healing

No, I don’t make a habit of being edgy for the sake of it. But that fruit on the wall? It's doing more than just making you blush.

It’s there to start the real conversation.

Why It Matters:
Sexuality is central…but rarely discussed.
In therapy. In education. In life.

We treat it like a side topic, a private matter, a bonus module.

But it’s not. It’s woven into identity, power, shame, creativity, relationships, and meaning.

My Take:

Pleasure, desire, repression and curiosity are not distractions. They’re doorways. And they deserve to be walked through.

What Clients Learn Here:

  • That their curiosity is sacred

  • That healing includes the erotic

  • That nothing human is off-limits in this space

Have you ever felt like part of your story was too much, too weird, or too private for therapy?
